Waste Control takes the hassle out of residential recycling collection, providing professional, detailed and convenient services that are tailored to our residential customers. Our residential services cater to homes in a variety of sizes, while our off-site recycling services provide additional options for meeting more specialized needs. We also have on-site collection systems so customers can quickly and easily drop off items for short-term storage until processing. Our experienced team ensures that these recyclable materials make it through the process for refining into new products. City of Longview

Customers within the city limits of Longview must contact the City of Longview at (360) 442-5099 to sign up for waste collection and curbside recycling service and for a fee schedule.
City of Woodland

We maintain free drop-off recycling sites throughout our service area for waste motor oil and antifreeze.

We accept all clean, non-treated wood for recycling. Nails are acceptable. Treated wood requires a special waste permit. Contact Waste Control at (360) 425-4302 for current fee information.
Waste Control will pick up a variety of recyclable items:
Aluminum Cans – Flatten to save space.Clean foil is also recyclable.
Cardboard – Break down boxes to save space. No cardboard contaminated with food, such as pizza boxes.
Glass – Clear, green, or brown glass only. Absolutely no window or auto glass!
No bags or boxes are to be deposited into the “glass only” recycling container.
Mixed Paper – Includes junk mail, magazines, colored paper, phone books, and cereal-type boxes. No juice or milk cartons. No wax-coated or foil-coated paper. No paper contaminated with food.
Newspaper – Remove and recycle kraft bags as cardboard. Do not bundle newspaper. No need to remove labels.
Tin Cans – Rinse, remove, and recycle labels. Flatten to save space.
Washers & Dryers – Old washers must have concrete removed from the bottom.
Freezers, Refrigerators, & Air Conditioners – Refrigerators must have Freon and compressors removed by a certified technician.
